Kabomo Vilakazi

Kobomo is a schizophrenic with a million dreams. A writer, poet, performer, actor, singer, emcee, journalist, researcher, playwright, producer, director, events manager, artist manager and magazine editor, he is an insomniac with fire in his belly. And fans from as far as Ibiza, to Nairobi, to his hometown Daveyton can testify to his magnetic talent.
As can the fans who screamed "we want more!" at the Cape Town Jazz Festival and the Joy of Jazz Festival; and the many artists he has written for, collaborated with or produced like Tshepo Tshola, HHP, Unathi, Zubz, Amu, Prokid, Zonke and the plus forty others with whom he has made hit records with.
He has shared stages with Angelique kidjo, Saul Williams, Linton Kwesi Johnson, Jessica Care Moore and many other incredible artists, and he always leaves an unforgettable mark. He is currently completing his debut album All Things Brown/All Things Grey and his debutbook, a collection of his poetry A Dreamer's Scenery, they are both everything brilliant that is expected of this passionate artist.
